At the beginning of the class, you will be guided to observe your body from the inside, follow your breath and notice the activity of your mind. Guided conscious breathing develops the ability to calm the mind, release tension and change the breathing patterns. Students are then led to Hatha yoga positions = asanas. Emphases is directed to correct alignment, personal corrections and adjustments. Intensity of the lesson varies from class to class. Hatha Yoga is available to everyone without any previous experience. The end of the lesson ends with a short relaxation. Yoga is taught barefoot. All you need is comfortable clothes a yoga mat.
